In addition to cooking, experts also recommend cooking an omelet. However, there are a number of nuances: when cooking, it is recommended not to add salt to the water, and it is best to make an omelet with low-fat milk.
Frying eggs approximately doubles the fat content in this product, so experts call this method of cooking as harmful as possible.
Earlier, nutritionist, candidate of medical sciences Mikhail Ginzburg named the most harmful option for eating eggs. According to him, there are studies, the results of which indicate that the consumption of fried red meat with eggs in the amount of 50 grams per day significantly increases the risk of developing cancer of the pancreas and colon, and also accelerates the course of atherosclerosis.
Eggs contain more than 40 vitamins – choline, B1, B2, B6, B9, B12, A, C, D, E, K, H and PP, as well as many micro- and macroelements – potassium, calcium, magnesium, zinc, selenium, copper, manganese, iron, chlorine, sulfur, iodine, chromium, fluorine, molybdenum, boron, vanadium, tin, titanium, silicon, cobalt, nickel, aluminum, phosphorus and sodium.
Despite all the benefits, the yolk of one egg contains a large amount of cholesterol (180-190 milligrams), which is more than half of the daily value of 300 milligrams.
