MOSCOW, April 15 – RIA Novosti. The police detained the deputy head of the department of economic policy and development of Moscow, Leonid Kostroma, Nikolai Zuev, deputy chairman of the Moscow Public Monitoring Commission (POC), told RIA Novosti.
“He is in the IVS on Petrovka,” said the human rights activist.
According to him, the official has no complaints about the conditions of detention.
As noted on the website of the capital's mayor's office, Kostroma was appointed to the post of deputy head of the Department of Economic Policy in July last year. Prior to that, he served as director of the City Investment Management Agency.
