MOSCOW, April 15 – RIA Novosti. Russian President Vladimir Putin urged to make sure that doctors, teachers and social workers are not forced to engage in “unnecessary paperwork”, but can devote their time to people.
On Thursday, the President held a joint meeting of the Presidium of the State Council and the Agency for Strategic Initiatives (ASI), the participants of which spoke about improving the quality and availability of public services in the social sphere. Putin stressed that people who need to get this or that state service do not care about technical, administrative and organizational issues, it is important for them to receive quality and timely assistance.
“And at the same time, so that the specialists who provide such assistance do not themselves face difficulties – this is what we must do. For example, so that doctors, employees of educational institutions, social services do not engage in unnecessary paperwork, paperwork, but devote their time and attention to people first of all, “- he said.
To increase the availability and improve the quality of public services in the social sphere, a set of measures at the federal and regional levels was developed within the framework of the National Social Initiative (NSI), which was launched by the ASI. Speaking about this project, Putin noted that its main goal is to improve and “make more human” the work of the social sphere, as well as to build all processes based on the requests and needs of citizens.
