The Central Bank spoke about the reduction of Russia's external debt

MOSCOW, April 13 – RIA Novosti. Russia's external debt in the first quarter fell by $ 8.6 billion, or 1.8 percent, the Central Bank said.

As the regulator notes, this was mainly due to a decrease in the liabilities of other sectors on external loans, as well as due to a decrease in non-residents' portfolios in sovereign securities.

As of April 1, the external debt amounted to $ 459.3 billion, while on January 1 it was equal to $ 467.9 billion. ЦБ рассказал о сокращении внешнего долга России
