MOSCOW, April 11 – RIA Novosti. Nutritionist, Doctor of Medical Sciences Mikhail Ginzburg told in an interview with “Zvezda” about the “golden rule” of any diet.
According to him, it consists in moderation in food and physical activity. “It is necessary to remove from food products that, by their presence, increase the total calorie content of the diet. These are sugars, fats, trans fats,” Ginzburg explained.
He noted that those who are over 40 years old need to move, do exercises, walk, since at this age the energy metabolism loses its plasticity.
“When we have eaten, we need food again. The body is reluctant to consume energy from reserves. That is, a person suffers, does not eat, endures restrictions and still does not lose weight,” the nutritionist warned.
At the same time, he added that in the daily diet of a person there are no products that will miraculously make a figure slim, and his most healthy and energetic.
