According to the Investigative Committee, on Monday evening near a house on Udaltsova Street in Moscow, a group of people forcibly put the victim in a UAZ “Patriot” car and transported him to another place. Using physical violence, the attackers demanded 1 million rubles from him. “The unlawful actions of the defendants were noticed by a bystander who immediately turned to law enforcement agencies … Four defendants born in 1995, 1996, 1997 and 1998 were detained, they were charged,” said Ivanova …
