The findings of the study were published in the journal Nutrients.
During the experiment, the participants were shown videos in which the heroines, being in the same life situations, talked about healthy eating, ways to manage stress and all kinds of physical activity.

She noted that many people experience frequent headaches and sleep problems, but do not understand that these are signs of stress. The professor stressed that the reason for the frequent consumption of fast food is not a lack of desire to eat healthy food.
When the study participants realized how much stress they actually experienced on a daily basis, the amount of high-fat foods they ate also decreased.

The study involved 338 overweight women aged 19 to 39 years.
