SIMFEROPOL, March 13 – RIA Novosti. The Minister of Economic Development of Russia Maxim Reshetnikov called the federal target program (FTP) being implemented in Crimea and Sevastopol effective, noting that it is aimed at the development of regions for many years to come.
Reshetnikov on Saturday examined the main infrastructure on the peninsula together with the authorities of both regions.
“This year the plan is more than 80 billion rubles (disbursement of funds), this is a large scope of work, all work is underway … I believe that the federal target program from among the regional programs is one of the most effective and streamlined. We see that the solutions that are being implemented here are complex and are aimed at long-term development, “Reshetnikov told reporters in Simferopol.
In general, 87 billion rubles were spent on the program in 2020, he noted.
The Federal Target Program (FTP) for the socio-economic development of Crimea and the city of Sevastopol was extended by the decision of the Russian government until 2025. According to the passport of the FPC, the amount of funding for the program in 2015-2025 is almost 1.374 trillion rubles, of which 1.3 trillion rubles from the federal budget, 39.8 billion rubles from regional budgets and 31.1 billion from non-budgetary sources.
