Neverov responded to Zyuganov's idea of a tax on the “suspiciously rich”

MOSCOW, March 14 – RIA Novosti. The head of the United Russia Duma faction, Sergei Neverov, commented to RIA Novosti on the proposal of the leader of the Communist Party of the Russian Federation, Gennady Zyuganov, to introduce a tax on the “suspiciously rich”.

With such an idea, the chairman of the Central Committee of the Communist Party came out in connection with the initiative of the Ministry of Labor to limit child payments to families with formally low incomes, but impressive property.

As Neverov noted, taxes are collected in Russia “quite well” today. He also recalled the increased income tax rate for people who earn more than five million rubles a year.

“We need to strive to ensure that poverty is reduced, and all aspirations are directed to this,” concluded the leader of the United Russia faction.
