MOSCOW, March 13 – RIA Novosti. In order not to overeat, you should start eating with bran, nutritionist Alexei Kovalkov said on the YouTube channel.
This product, as explained by the physician, is a grain shell. He advised to eat a handful before a meal and wash it down with water. “They will give a feeling of fullness, and you will already eat much less and you will not overeat,” the doctor said.
Earlier, Kovalkov advised people on a diet to eat meat or fish with raw vegetables in the evening, and the doctor suggested giving up kefir and other fermented milk products because of the release of insulin. Also, you should not eat cereals, fruits and slow carbohydrates at night. During the day, you can have a snack with yogurt, an apple, as well as vegetables: tomatoes, cucumbers and bell peppers.
