“The working trip of the meeting participants began today in the Takhtamukaysky region with a visit to objects that were reconstructed within the framework of the individual program of socio-economic development of the Republic of Adygea. On behalf of the head of the Republic of Armenia Murat Kumpilov, the Prime Minister of the Republic of Armenia Gennady Mitrofanov informed the senators about the results of the work. the buildings of the cultural center in the village of Yablonovskiy and the cultural and sports leisure center in the village of Enem were examined, where major repairs were completed, “the message says.
It is noted that over 110 million rubles have been invested in these facilities. The Fakel recreation center in Yablonovskoye has been privately owned since the mid-1990s and was not used for its intended purpose. They managed to return it to municipal ownership and include the reconstruction project in an individual program. On the basis of it, a modern cultural and leisure center with a concert hall for 290 seats has now been created. The facility in Enem is also the center of the cultural life of the village, 32 club formations work here, where more than 700 people are engaged, a museum and a library are located in the center.
“At present, these cultural institutions have already opened. Therefore, the senators were able to get acquainted not only with the result of the overhaul, but also attended the classes of creative teams,” the message adds.
Earlier, the Russian government identified 10 regions with the most difficult socio-economic situation. The Republic of Altai, Karelia, Tuva, Mari El, Kurgan and Pskov regions, Adygea, Altai Territory, Chuvashia and Kalmykia took the worst positions in the rating of the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation. The rating consisted of four indicators: the average per capita income of residents, the share of the population with incomes below the subsistence level, unemployment and investment in fixed assets. The Russian government has distributed subsidies for individual programs for their development.
It was reported that for the implementation of the individual program of Adygea in 2020-2024, it is planned to allocate 5 billion rubles from the federal budget to the region.
