MOSCOW, March 9 – RIA Novosti. In Russia, a very skeptical approach to the introduction of coronavirus certificates for travelers has so far prevailed, said the presidential press secretary Dmitry Peskov, recalling that the government headquarters did not support this idea.
“As for the certificates, you know that a very skeptical approach has so far prevailed in our country,” Peskov told reporters.
The European Commission plans on March 17 to submit a draft law on an electronic certificate for coronavirus, which will contain information that a person has been vaccinated, had been ill or passed a negative test. The stated goal is to allow EU residents to move freely between countries within the Union without any health risks.
