The physician noted that there are “stunningly beautiful places” in Russia and showed several videos from the trip. In particular, one of them shows Myasnikov swimming in the Barents Sea. He also noted that he is located 170 kilometers from Murmansk. In the city itself it is now about -13 degrees.
On the eve of the TV presenter complained of uncharacteristic aches and fatigue. He diagnosed himself with herpes zoster and advised Russians not to forget about the necessary vaccinations for people over 65 years old.
