She noted that in any drink at room temperature, various microorganisms begin to develop over time. Nothing will happen to black coffee in a couple of hours, but it is better not to leave coffee with milk or cream for a long time on the table or in the machine. “Moisture is the most optimal medium for the development of bacteria and microorganisms. If you add milk to coffee, then the risk of multiplication in microorganisms grow in it many times. So you need to drink such a drink in the next hour, “advised Dianova.
Black coffee can last longer, but when it is cold it is also better to keep it in the refrigerator.
The nutritionist noted that any ready-made meals after cooking are stored at room temperature for up to two hours – then they need to be removed to a cold place. And best of all, according to her, do not forget the golden rule: you need to prepare as much food and drinks as you need, then they will be of maximum benefit.
At the same time, the doctor recalled that it is freshly brewed coffee that has a certain psychological effect on a person due to its characteristic aroma and taste.
“Of course, yesterday's coffee will not have such an aroma and taste, it is poor enough and will not have such a disturbing effect,” Dianova warned.
