Russia will cancel the obligatory transfer of people over 65 to telecommuting

MOSCOW, 5 March – RIA Novosti. From April 1, in Russia, the requirement for employers to transfer employees over 65 to telecommuting will become a recommendation.

The corresponding government decree was published on the official Internet portal of legal information.

As Deputy Prime Minister Tatyana Golikova said on March 5, the incidence of COVID-19 in Russia is steadily decreasing – it is 7.5 per hundred thousand people. This is one of the lowest rates in recent years, the official added. At the same time, Golikova urged not to neglect the recommendations for compliance with restrictive measures.
