ORENBURG, 5 March – RIA Novosti. The Governor of the Orenburg Region Denis Pasler and the General Director of the ForteInvest JSC holding Said Gutseriev examined the construction site of a new delayed coking complex at Orsknefteorgsintez PJSC, the press service of the Orenburg Region government reports.

The complex will include 12 facilities, including a coking distillate hydrotreater, a flare facility, a water block, a nature conservation laboratory and several other facilities. In 2023, after the completion of construction and commissioning of the delayed coking complex, the plant will reach a new technological level.

“We talked about plans to modernize the plant a year ago and a year and a half ago. The company was preparing design solutions, financing. Today, in fact, the start of a large-scale megaproject has already been launched. Within five years, 68 billion rubles will be allocated to one site of Orsknefteorgsintez. oil production assets that operate in the region, for the creation of infrastructure, solution of environmental issues. In just a year and a half, the number of jobs at the enterprise doubled. We can attract about eight hundred more people to construction and installation, drilling work, to that infrastructure, which is being built at mining enterprises. With such a huge construction project, I asked to support the enterprises of the region. We see that among those who won contracts, about 70-80% are enterprises of the Orsk group, “Pasler said in the message.

According to him, in addition to those who work at Orsknefteorgsintez, this year 1200 people will start working at the construction site, and next year, 1500 builders will work at the site of the enterprise.
