Deputy of Rada Kiva urged Ukrainians to prepare for hunger

MOSCOW, 5 March – RIA Novosti. Ilya Kiva, a Verkhovna Rada deputy from the Opposition Platform – For Life faction, which ranks second, urged Ukrainians on Facebook to prepare for hunger.

“Sabotage and failure on the part of Zelensky's team to vaccinate the population led to the third wave of the pandemic, and, as a result, a new lockdown and bans, which are already being prepared by the Cabinet headed by Shmyhal (Prime Minister of Ukraine Denis Shmygal. – Ed.), will finally kill medium and small businesses. Earlier, Shmygal said that the third wave of coronavirus had begun in the country. According to him, in the future, this may lead to the resumption of tough restrictive measures in the country.

The Ministry of Health of Ukraine reports an increase in the number of cases of COVID-19. Over the past day, 10,057 infected people have been identified in the country, 194 people have died, 4,837 have recovered. Over the entire time of the pandemic in Ukraine, 1,374,762 people fell ill, 1,186,873 recovered, and 26,591 patients died.
