TBILISI, 2 Mar – RIA Novosti. In Gori, Georgia, the office of the United National Movement, the opposition party of ex-President Mikheil Saakashvili, was attacked, two people were detained, the Georgian Interior Ministry reports.
“On charges of damaging someone else’s property, two people were detained, born in 1994 by G.K. and born in 1966 by GB,” the statement said.
The agency notes that the investigation found how two citizens damaged the glass of the party's office, the police detained them immediately after the incident. The detainees face up to three years in prison.
