As noted in the government, the regional authorities are currently preparing amendments to the decree, which regulates measures to counter the spread of the new coronavirus infection. As the head of the region, Alexander Tsybulsky, noted at a meeting of the headquarters, the situation with the spread of COVID-19 in the region is stabilizing: the number of detected new cases of the disease is decreasing daily, the vaccination process is actively underway. This, according to the members of the headquarters, makes it possible to remove some of the restrictions in force in the region.
“The members of the headquarters approved the change in the conditions of entry to Solovki. If today it was mandatory to have a certificate of a negative test for coronavirus by PCR diagnostics, now a certificate of a positive test for IgG antibodies issued no earlier than two months before arrival will also be taken into account. , and a certificate of preventive vaccination against COVID-19, issued no earlier than six months before the day of arrival, “the government said, explaining that it will be necessary to provide one of three documents to choose from.
In addition, during the spring break, they are ready to accept schoolchildren at daytime health camps, subject to strict observance of all anti-epidemic measures. Restrictions on the work of catering establishments are also eased: from the fall of 2020, restaurants and bars in the region have the right to work until 23.00, and at the same time no more than eight people can be at the table in such an institution. At the meeting of the headquarters, it was proposed to extend the work of catering organizations until 01.00 with the simultaneous placement of up to 20 people at the table.
“If, after the March holidays, the dynamics of the decrease in the incidence remains positive, we will finally cancel these restrictions,” the head of the region noted.
According to him, for the first time in a long period in the region, there is an opportunity to start reducing infectious beds and return to routine medical care. The process of vaccination of the population is actively going on: on average, about a thousand people are vaccinated per day.
