A resident of Krasnoyarsk registered more than a hundred migrants in 18 “squares”

KRASNOYARSK, March 1 – RIA Novosti. Investigators, based on the materials of the prosecutor's check, opened a criminal case against a resident of Krasnoyarsk for fictitious registration of almost 130 foreigners on her living space, the regional prosecutor's office reports.

According to her, 129 foreign citizens were fictitiously registered in the period from January to June 2020 in a woman-owned dwelling with an area of 18 “squares”. In fact, foreigners were not provided with housing.

“The prosecutor's office sent the inspection materials to the investigative body to resolve the issue of criminal prosecution. Based on the results of their consideration, a criminal case was initiated on the grounds of corpus delicti under Article 322.3 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (fictitious registration of a foreign citizen at the place of stay in the Russian Federation)”, – says the message.

The investigation of the criminal case has been placed under the control of the prosecutor's office.
