MOSCOW, February 27 – RIA Novosti. The Russian government has approved a bill aimed at increasing the availability of medical care in terms of prescribing drugs for medical purposes, according to the website of the Cabinet of Ministers.
It is noted that the bill proposes to supplement Article 228 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation with a note stipulating that its provisions do not apply to cases of violation of the rules for the circulation of narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances that entailed their loss, committed through negligence in the implementation of medical activities, subject to the commission fixing the fact of loss in order established by the Ministry of Health of Russia in agreement with the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia.
