MOSCOW, February 27 – RIA Novosti. From 2023, Russia can introduce work books of a new type, writes “Rossiyskaya Gazeta” with reference to documents prepared by the Ministry of Labor.
The innovation provides for the abolition of outdated regulatory documents, the adoption of an updated form of the work book and the procedure for its maintenance and storage. At the same time, the documents of the previously established form existing at the employees do not need to be changed, since they will still be valid.
When registering a work book of a new sample, the following information about the employee will be entered: full name, date of birth; education, profession, specialty.
As the newspaper specifies, the employer will be obliged to keep a work book for each employee if this is his main job. At the request of a remote worker, information about his work activity is entered in the work book, subject to its provision to the employer.
The document of the new sample will include information about the employee, the work performed by him, transfer to another permanent job and dismissal. As noted, the document will also indicate the grounds for terminating the employment contract and information about the reward for success in work.
