The deputy pleaded not guilty.

She noted that on February 23 the event was held in the format of laying flowers without flags, political slogans, posters.

“At the event, the law enforcement agencies did not have any questions to the participants regarding unauthorized actions, no one was detained, but police raids on our most prominent activists are still continuing,” Kotova added.

The press service of the regional headquarters of the Ministry of Internal Affairs does not comment on the message about Rogozhkin's detention.
