“Northern delivery” of fuel starts in the Khabarovsk Territory in March

KHABAROVSK, February 25 – RIA Novosti. Work on the “northern delivery” in the Khabarovsk Territory will begin in March, this year, 35,000 tons of fuel will be delivered to areas with limited navigation periods, the regional government said on Thursday.

“In the Khabarovsk Territory, preparations have begun for the” northern delivery. ” Previous years. In the areas of the Amur basin, fuel should be brought before September 20, and in the areas of the Sea of Okhotsk – until October 20, “- said in a statement.

It is noted that the regional government is organizing “northern delivery” together with the operator of supplies, OOO Mezhraytoplivo. In early March, the company will announce tenders for the purchase of coal and motor oils for the municipal energy sector in the northern regions. Also, next month, a transshipment of coal and engine oils will be selected for the areas of the Okhotsk coast: Ayano-Maisky, Tuguro-Chumikansky and Okhotsky. “The accumulation of fuel at the transshipment point will begin in April,” the Ministry of Housing and Utilities of the Territory reported.

The department clarified that this year it is planned to supply almost 2 thousand tons of petroleum products less than last. The volume of supplies is decreasing annually, since 2007 – almost 2.5 times. This is due to a reduction in the need for fuel after the modernization and reconstruction of the municipal economy of the region (most of the energy sources were converted to gas). The total cost of the centralized supply of all fuel this year will be approximately 1.7 billion rubles.

Earlier it was reported that the “northern delivery-2020” ended almost a month ahead of schedule – on September 30 (instead of October 20) thanks to the well-coordinated work of all participants in the chain. The government controlled each stage of the supply. This year, the regional authorities also plan to complete the “northern delivery” ahead of schedule.
