The morning in the capital was also frosty.
“Minus 24.5 is exactly,” Leus said.
According to his forecast, on the afternoon of February 23 in Moscow, high atmospheric pressure is expected – 768 millimeters of mercury, little cloudiness, no precipitation, minus 15 – minus 17 in Moscow, minus 14 – minus 19 – in the region. According to him, the capital will be located practically in the center of a vast anticyclone filled with cold Arctic air.
