Kuznetsova spoke about the condition of the beaten student of the boarding school on Sakhalin

MOSCOW, February 22 – RIA Novosti. Anna Kuznetsova, Commissioner for Children's Rights under the President of the Russian Federation, told RIA Novosti that she was monitoring the situation with the battered pupil of a boarding school in Sakhalin.

On Sunday, local media reported that a woman driving past the orphanage noticed a bloody-faced teenage girl outside the gate and took her to an ambulance. It was reported that the girl blames the boarding school for her beating. After checking, the prosecutor's office revealed a number of violations, in particular, it turned out that the guard of the boarding school did not prevent a fight between the inmates, moreover, he did not have permission to guard the institution.

“Law enforcement agencies continue to check, we will request its results. The situation remains under our control,” Kuznetsova said.

According to her, there is no threat to the girl's life, but treatment is required, she has been diagnosed with a concussion, and she is still in the hospital. “There are a lot of questions in this story to the school leadership: why the conflict was not prevented, why the girl without the upper clothes with traces of blood no one noticed or stopped when leaving the boarding school, why only thanks to passers-by did you manage to pay attention to this situation? ” – emphasized the children's ombudsman.

Earlier, the ombudsman for the rights of the child in the Sakhalin region, Lyubov Ustinovskaya, said on her Instagram that she visited the girl in the hospital, she feels well.
