MOSCOW, February 19 – RIA Novosti. The press secretary of the President of the Russian Federation Dmitry Peskov, speaking about the idea of transition to a planned economy, said that project management presupposes planned work, its elements are in the national action plan and national projects that are being implemented in the country.
On the eve, President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko at a meeting with State Secretary of the Union State Grigory Rapota said that Minsk and Moscow should not “bother” about Western sanctions, the countries can fully provide for themselves, making full use of the existing potential for cooperation. In this context, he, in particular, mentioned the Soviet era and the preparation of the state plan.
“It depends on what is meant by the planned economy: it means the Soviet state plan or the implementation of some planned projects. Because project management is also, in principle, planned work. And you know that the national action plan and national projects are some elements of planned work, “Peskov said in response to a question about how necessary and worthy of discussion the Kremlin considers the proposal to switch to a planned economy.
