The construction of the hydrocracking complex is an important stage in Rosneft's large-scale program to modernize the plant's production. The company clarified that the commissioning of this facility will make it possible to obtain additional volumes of diesel fuel with a low sulfur content of the ecological standard “Euro-5”, as well as aviation kerosene. The design capacity of the hydrocracking-hydrotreating complex is 3.65 million tons per year. With its launch, the oil refining depth will exceed 92%. “The Komsomolsk Refinery plays an important role in providing the Khabarovsk Territory with motor fuel. Rosneft has made a significant contribution to stabilizing the situation in the retail market in the region, providing the region with additional volumes of gasoline. We were informed that today the day fuel supplies are carried out in accordance with the schedule and terms of contracts both by rail and by road, “said the acting governor.
Earlier it was reported that Degtyarev, after the outages in gasoline began in the Vaninsky and Sovgavansky districts of the Khabarovsk Territory, from February 5, ordered the creation of an operational headquarters for the daily interaction of participants in the gasoline market. The head of the region noted that the reason for the fuel shortage was mistakes in planning the volumes of supplies by all market participants. Now gasoline is sold at 10 filling stations of the two main oil traders in the regions. They have a two-week supply of fuel. In addition, both companies continue to purchase. In the coming days, sales of fuel will begin at the filling stations of LLC “Biksur SV”. The company carries 120 tons of AI-92 gasoline to the regions.
According to the press service of Rosneft, in the first two months of this year, the plant increased the production of gasoline by almost 20% compared to the same period last year. In the first half of February, an absolute record was set among Russian oil refineries in the supply of motor gasoline to The plant exceeded the exchange standards for gasoline by more than 4 times, having shipped 45% of the production volumes at the standard of 10%.
Currently, Rosneft is implementing a large-scale program to modernize its refineries in the amount of more than 1.5 trillion rubles. More than 900 billion rubles have already been invested from these funds. As a result, 23 major oil refining facilities and complexes were built and reconstructed. The company has significantly increased the production of fifth grade gasoline and fully meets the needs of the domestic market.
