“Today, the synoptic situation in the region will be determined by the southeastern periphery of the Scandinavian anticyclone, due to which Muscovites are waiting for a winter-like, but frosty day with a background temperature of 8-10 degrees below the long-term climatic norm. Partly cloudy, no precipitation, the air temperature in the capital is minus 12 – minus 14, in the suburbs minus 11 – minus 16 degrees “, – said Tishkovets.
According to the forecaster, the northwest wind is 2-7 meters per second. Atmospheric pressure will grow slightly and will amount to 753 millimeters of mercury.
Tishkovets clarified that in the Moscow region, the thermometer at 6 a.m. Thursday dropped to minus 29.
