Clients reported a malfunction of Tinkoff-Bank

MOSCOW, 17 Feb – RIA Novosti. On the Downdetector portal, users complained about malfunctions of the Tinkoff-Bank mobile application.

“Data not available. Please try again later” – is displayed when you try to enter the application.

The RIA Novosti call center confirmed that there is a massive failure in the mobile bank. Experts are solving this problem.

In 92 percent of cases, problems occurred with the entrance to the bank system. Five percent of users do not have all services working, and another percent cannot make money transfers.

Most complaints about work come from Moscow and St. Petersburg, as well as Volgograd, Krasnodar and Rostov-on-Don.
