Two residents of Vladivostok set fire to cars for “authority”

Criminal cases have been initiated against the suspects under Part 2 of Article 167 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation “Intentional destruction or damage to property committed by arson.” The defendants face up to five years in prison. They are in custody.
