KAZAN, 15 Feb – RIA Novosti. The Vakhitovsky District Court of Kazan arrested a resident of the Kaluga Region who participated in an agreed rally for seven days for disobeying the police, a court spokesman said.
On Sunday, an agreed opposition rally was held in Kazan against detentions and repressions and changes in the election legislation to the State Duma, which ended without detention.
Later, a video of several arrests on one of the central streets of Kazan appeared on social networks. It was noted that nine people who participated in an agreed meeting were detained, most of them were released.
“The material on part 1 of article 19.3 of the Administrative Offenses Code of the Russian Federation (” Disobedience to a lawful order or demand of a police officer “) against a resident of the Kaluga region Javid Mammadov was considered, arrest for 7 days,” a spokesman for the court told reporters.
In addition, as previously reported, two detained residents of Moscow were fined 10 thousand rubles each by a decision of the Vakhitovsky court the day before for violating the established procedure for holding a rally.
