MOSCOW, February 12 – RIA Novosti. The Moscow Arbitration Court has registered the claim of Katerina Bosov, the widow of businessman Dmitry Bosov, who died last year, to the Alltek company that belonged to him, follows from the information in the file of arbitration cases.
The lawsuit went to court on February 11 and has not yet been accepted for proceedings. At the moment, the subject matter and grounds of the claim are not disclosed in the case card. The third party in the claim is the metropolitan inspection of the Federal Tax Service (FTS) No. 46, which is engaged in the registration of legal entities, as well as amending their constituent documents.
According to the Unified State Register of Legal Entities, Bosov's widow now owns a share in Alltek LLC in the amount of about 43.3%, the same share is recorded in Bosov himself. The company also has three minority shareholders – CEO Dmitry Aga, Igor Makarov and Oleg Shemshuk.
Bosov, the former chairman of the board of directors and the main owner of the Alltek group and the founder of the Sibanthracite group, died tragically in May at the age of 52.
Alltek is a direct investment company, in particular, it develops large projects for the production of anthracite and other coal. In 2018, Alltek merged its coal assets into the Siberian Anthracite Group, the world leader in the production and export of high-quality UHG anthracite and the largest producer of metallurgical coal in Russia. Its total reserves exceed 650 million tons.
Alltek is also implementing a project for the production of liquefied gas in the Arctic and a number of large development projects in Moscow and the Moscow region. She, in particular, owns the “creative cluster” Artplay.
