MINSK, 12 Feb – RIA Novosti. The meeting of the presidents of Belarus and Russia, Alexander Lukashenko and Vladimir Putin, is planned for the end of February; specific issues related to the further deepening of the integration of Minsk and Moscow will be discussed, the head of the republic’s Foreign Ministry Vladimir Makei said on Friday.
“Such a meeting is planned, is being worked out at the moment, relevant materials are being prepared … Let's just say, at the end of February (may take place – ed.),” Makei told reporters.
“Taking into account the pandemic situation, taking into account what has been happening recently around our states, I think that the presidents of Belarus and Russia will have something to talk about. Moreover, I am sure that they will have specific issues on their table,” related to the further deepening of integration between our states, “the minister said.
