MOSCOW, 11 Feb – RIA Novosti. The Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation will allocate this year to 25 regions a total of 1 billion rubles for regional industrial development programs, follows from the ministry's message.
It is noted that the decision was made following a competitive selection of regional industrial development programs for subsidies from the federal budget.
“In total, 25 regions will receive subsidies. The list of those whose industrial development programs will receive the greatest funding this year includes the Karachay-Cherkess Republic, Buryatia, Chuvashia, Komi, Stavropol Territory, Kursk Region, Crimea. In total, the budget for this year has 1 a billion rubles for financing within the framework of a unified regional subsidy. If the mechanism is in demand, then in the coming years the total amount may be increased, “says the head of the department Denis Manturov.
So, Karachay-Cherkessia will receive 70 million rubles, Buryatia – 65 million, Chuvashia – 61, Stavropol Territory – 57 million, Komi – also almost 57 million, Crimea and Kursk region – 50 million rubles each.
“The regional budgets will be able to reimburse part of the costs of industrial enterprises for technical connection to communal (engineering) infrastructure, payment of the first installment (advance) upon concluding a lease agreement, purchase of new equipment, as well as additional capitalization of the regional Industrial Development Funds,” explains the Ministry of Industry and Trade.
