MOSCOW, February 10 – RIA Novosti. Vodka in Russia from 2 to 8 February rose by 0.2% after the same price increase in the previous week, the increase in tomato prices accelerated to 2.5% from 1.9%, and the rise in cucumber prices slowed to 6% against 6 , 9%, follows from Rosstat data.
In turn, last week potatoes rose in price by 2.2% (from January 26 to February 1 – by 1.5%), fresh white cabbage – by 0.9% (against 1.3%), onions – by 1% (versus 1.5%), carrots – by 1.7% (versus 2.4%), apples – by 0.6% (versus 0.1%). In general, prices for fruits and vegetables from February 2 to 8 increased by an average of 1.9%, a week earlier the growth was 1.6%.
From February 2 to 8, prices for margarine and noodles increased (by 1%), for chicken meat and pasta (by 0.8%), for black tea (by 0.5%) and biscuits (by 0.4%) … Frozen fish, sterilized milk, butter, rennet cheeses and powdered infant formula went up by 0.3%, the price of fat cottage cheese, rye bread, canned vegetables for baby food rose by 0.2%. Beef, pasteurized milk, sour cream, caramel rose in price by 0.1%.
Over the same period, prices for canned meat (by 0.3%), pork, canned meat for baby food and salt (by 0.2%), boiled sausage and canned fruits and berries for baby food (by 0.1%) fell in price. Prices for lamb, semi-smoked and boiled-smoked sausages, sausages, small sausages and chocolates have not changed.
