MOSCOW, 11 Feb – RIA Novosti. The owner of the American pornographic magazine Hustler, Larry Flynt, has died at the age of 78, according to TMZ, citing sources in his family.
According to the source, Flint passed away on Wednesday in Los Angeles, the cause of death was heart failure.
In October 2017, Flint offered $ 10 million for information that would allow him to impeach then-President Donald Trump.
The first issue of Hustler magazine was published by Flint in 1974. This magazine, which publishes candid photos of women, brought fame and countless litigation to Flint. In March 1978, serial killer Joseph Paul Franklin shot the owner of Hustler in the courtyard of the Flint courthouse, who was accused of distributing obscene material.
After receiving an injury, Flint, who was then 35 years old, became disabled and has since moved in a wheelchair. In 1996, director Milos Forman made the film The People Against Larry Flynt, based on the publisher's biography, which won the Golden Bear, the main award at the Berlin Film Festival.
