MOSCOW, February 10 – RIA Novosti. One person died, one was injured in a fire in an apartment in the east of Moscow, RIA Novosti was told by the press service of the Moscow headquarters of the Russian Emergencies Ministry.

The fire took place on 23, Khabarovskaya Street, building 3. Personal belongings and furniture were burning in an apartment on the eighth floor on an area of ten square meters. The fire has already been extinguished. “Two people were injured in the burning apartment, one of them, unfortunately, died,” the message says.

It is noted that two people were rescued from the ninth floor with the help of the Fenist self-rescuers.
