In general, for the development of retail and wholesale markets, it is necessary to remove unnecessary administrative barriers, including restrictions on the range of products.
Within two months, regional authorities must adopt the relevant regulations, as well as inform citizens about new retail opportunities. Information about this work will be sent to the Ministry of Industry and Trade, which in turn will prepare a final report to the government.
