Contract killing of an eight-year-old girl was prevented in Tuva

Police and FSB officers prevented the contract murder of an eight-year-old girl in Tuva, which a woman tried to organize for the sake of inheritance, according to the press service of the regional headquarters of the Ministry of Internal Affairs. “In Tuva, police and FSB officers prevented the contract murder of a young child … The police received information that a resident of Kyzyl Republic Tyva is going to organize the murder of his 8-year-old daughter, who is the heir of the first stage, in order to single-handedly inherit real estate in the form of two apartments owned by her deceased spouse.

According to the GUMVD, the woman was looking for a person ready to fulfill the order; for the murder she promised a reward of 180 thousand rubles. The department explained that an officer of the criminal investigation department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs in Tuva acted as the executor. Under the operational escort of the police, a meeting of the potential killer and the customer of the murder took place in her apartment.

After some time, the attacker personally gave him 10 thousand rubles as an advance. Also, the woman told the perpetrator information about where the minor girl studies and lives, showed the child when she was standing at the bus stop, and also handed over the instrument of the crime – an electroshock, offering to use it in the murder. To confirm the execution of the order, the “executor” presented the customer with a staged photograph and a girl's hat.

In relation to a 61-year-old resident of Kyzyl, the Investigation Department of the Investigative Committee of Russia in Tuva has initiated a criminal case under the articles “Preparation for a crime and attempted crime” and “Murder”. Currently, the defendant has been charged, the court has chosen her as a preventive measure in the form of detention.
